Biography of Muyiwa Fashakin
Muyiwa Olatuposu Fasakin, a native of Osun State, Nigeria, completed his primary and secondary education in Lagos State. He attended Grace Children School for his primary education and Federal Government College Odobolo for his secondary education. In 1999, he enrolled at the University of Edo-Ekiti, where he pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, graduating with second class upper division honors in 2003.
After completing his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in 2005, Muyiwa pursued a master’s degree at the University of Ibadan from 2005 to 2007. During this time, he founded Sure Success Consultancy, which focused on training teachers, students, and schools. Additionally, he became involved with the School of Creativity, where he provided training and developed innovative approaches.
In 2017, Muyiwa was appointed as an Advisory Board Member of the United Nations World Creativity and Innovation Day/Week. This role allowed him to contribute his expertise and insights to the organization’s efforts in promoting creativity and innovation globally.

He is a former University Professor and he lectured Economics for 7 years before he resigned. He is a certified life coach, trainer, consultant and author of several life changing books.
Muyiwa is a John Maxwell Certified Coach, trainer and Speaker, He has facilitated several trainings in Nigeria and beyond. He was officially invited by the Miami University Oxford Ohio, USA in 2020 to give a lecture on Creative Intelligence to the students, faculty members and African in Diaspora . Muyiwa was a resource person for Chartered Institute of Stock brokers in Nigeria for several Years.
He is an Advisory Board member of Women Creativity and Innovation Hub/project. Muyiwa is a faculty member of the newly created Zambia Innovation Hub A faculty member of Cpreneur Hub India and have mentored several other coaches from different parts of the world.
Trailblazer
Muyiwa Fashakin is the first African advisory board member of United Nations World Creativity and Innovation Day. Muyiwa Fasakin was the first African to facilitate at the International Creativity bootcamp
hosted by Miami University and Krya Indonesia in 2021.
He was also the first African to facilitate at the Philippines Society for Quality Monthly Meetings, Robotics Club of Srilanka Christmas meeting and Exhibition.
Muyiwa Fasakin is the first African to facilitate twice within six months at the prestigious Hypnotique Circle India.
Events Conveyed and Facilitated
Muyiwa is the Convener and founder of World Change Summit with members from all over the world. He has been a two times Mentor and facilitator at Coca-Cola Youth Empowered Program. He is the Convener of Jos Graduate Summit and Jos Entrepreneurship. He is also the head coach of School of Creativity Nigeria. Muyiwa Fasakin is the Founder of Global League of Creative Intelligence Certified Coaches Texas USA.
He is the Convener of Teachers Enrichment and Appraisal Meeting (TEAM) and Teacher’s Upgrading Course. He also Convened Lagos, Portharcourt and Liberia’s Strategic Sessions in 2021. He is the founder of the Centre for Applied Creativity Africa. He also Co Founded CIEA LIMITED with an extension in Dublin Ireland. He was the host of the popular radio programs: Empowerment for Life and Mind your own business on Rythm 93.7 fm Jos.
The former University Lecturer is the lead Consultant and Coach of Sure Success Consultancy and Coaching Academy. The award winning lecturer and founder has also conveyed United Nations World Creativity and Innovation Day for four years. Muyiwa was a resource person for Chartered Institute of Stock brokers in Nigeria for several. He was one of the lead Facilitators of PROJECT RAISE Oyo state and Future Leaders Summit organised by Fela Durotoye.
