Karina R. Jensen
Karina R. Jensen is an educator, researcher, and international management consultant specializing in global innovation, leadership, and multicultural team collaboration. She is a Practice Professor in Global Innovation and Leadership as well as the Co-Founder and Practice Director at the Centre for Leadership and Effective Organisations.
She is also the Founder and Executive Director of Global Minds Network, an international advisory firm. Through research with 200+ leaders at 45 multinational firms, her book Leading Global Innovation presents a framework for leading global initiatives. She has also published articles and book chapters for academic and professional titles.
She currently serves as the Innovation Leadership SIG co-founder and co-leader at the International Society for Professional Innovation Management. She earned her MSc at Ecole des Ponts and her PhD at ESCP Business School in Paris, France
Dr. Bob Choat
Dr. Bob Choat, also known as the Transformational Grandmaster, is a highly accomplished individual in various fields. His diverse background and experiences have shaped his expertise in the areas of health, fitness, psychology, leadership, and martial arts.
Growing up with a soldier father and Japanese mother, Dr. Bob Choat has been immersed in different cultures, witnessing both the positive and negative aspects of life. From as early as his toddler years, he delved into martial arts and achieved multiple black belts, eventually obtaining an instructor level certification.
With a thirst for knowledge and personal growth, Dr. Bob pursued higher education and achieved notable degrees. He holds a BA/MA in Leadership from Bellevue University, an MS and Ph.D. in Psychology from Walden University, and a diploma in Innovation Management from the International Business Management Institute (IBMI). Additionally, he is a certified hypnotherapist from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute.
Kamille
Kamille is a retired Air Force veteran, author of two books, editor and writer. She helps aspiring writers move their book ideas from their head to their hands.
Kamille’s unique way with words has made her a sought-after writer, editor, and speaker for organizations all over the world. Her work is making waves and change in countries such as India, Sudan, Ethiopia, Kenya, and Nigeria.
She has been featured in Hoisner International Magazine, commanded the stage as a Keynote Speaker at the 47th annual Hypnotique Convention (India), and has been a repeat book reviewer for E-Bookery International India, Africa, and English. She had a successful resilience-based podcast, and been a guest on podcasts such as Intentional Optimists, Resilience Builders Podcast.
She is a John Maxwell Speaker, Trainer, and Coach.
Kamille specializes in the entrepreneurial and thought-leadership space: speakers, coaches, consultants, and authors.
Sasha Butler
Sasha Butler brings 20 years of experience advocating for quality education, social change and economic development opportunities for women and youth in the education, nonprofit and business sectors. Prior to joining Leadership Howard County, Butler was executive director of Changing Destinations: Journey to Excellence, which works to prepare youth to thrive as leaders and global citizens.
In addition, she was president of InXcellence Consulting: Coaching and Training Solutions. She is a member of Harvard University’s Graduate School of Education Think Tank on Global Education and served as the volunteer coordinator for the World Council on Intercultural and Global Competence community-based intercultural competence working group.
Butler serves on the board of trustees for the National Employment Counseling Association.
Matthew Worwood
Matthew Worwood is Associate Director of UConn Digital Media & Design at the Stamford campus. He also serves as the Director of Digital Media CT, a statewide collaborative dedicated to furthering Digital Media education in Connecticut. Matthew’s research focuses on teacher creativity and design thinking inside the context of teaching and learning. He has also published on design-based practices that influence the development and implementation of technological solutions in education.
Matthew blogs at DadsforCreativity.com and co-hosts the Fueling Creativity podcast. He is also an active contributor to Creativity and Education and produces the occasional low-budget documentary film. Matthew currently serves on the Advisory board at St Gregory the Great Elementary School in Danbury, CT; he is also in the process of setting up a small UK-based charity dedicated to helping post-care foster children in London, England.
Roger Firestein
Roger Firestein is the number one teacher of creative process in the world.
He is President, Innovation Resources, Inc, Williamsville, New York. Responsible for overall strategy and vision of the organization. Innovation Resources, Inc. delivers custom designed training programs in creative problem solving to business, educational, health care and government institutions. Also publishes and produces video and audio programs on creativity and innovation.
He is also an Associate Professor at International Center for Studies in Creativity where he teaches graduates Principles in Creative Problem Solving, Designing and Delivering Creativity Education, Facilitation of Group Problem Solving.
“The Gold Standard of creativity”, as he is often called, has presented programs in Creativity to over 600 organisations, nationally and internationally. He is Author and Co-author of five books and his expert reviews on creativity have been reported on Forbes, Fast Company, as well as New York times.
